acceptable location , but some noise issues

the staff was very friendly.
the rooms are very loud because the hotel is on a big street with a lot of traffic. i had to change rooms hoping for a quieter one. the second room was better , but still not ideal. i expected a more peaceful stay.

The staff was very kind. i had sent my luggage via yamato service several days prior, and they not only stored it. It waited in my room before i checked in. the hotel has a super cosy vibe. They use actual keys, which i found charming. the room was comfortable.
the rooms are very loud. a large street with a lot of traffic is nearby. we changed rooms because it was too loud. definitely consider other hotels for quieter stays.

Breakfast featured a selection of five choices. These took some time to prepare. a ramen restaurant is located adjacent to the hotel, and it offers affordable options like ramen, fried rice, gyoza, and fried chicken.

The hotel is close to a subway station. Multiple bus lines are also nearby. family mart convenience store is nearby. it is near several points of interest, which are approximately 15-25 minutes by foot.

The bathroom area includes a japanese-style soaking tub. The toilet area is separate. complimentary water bottles are replenished daily. towels were changed daily, alongside daily replenishment of tea, without needing to request it.

staff members are helpful. they can store luggage sent via yamato service. they also provide maps of nearby restaurants. disposable amenities, like toothbrushes and shower towels, are available on the second floor.

Really good stay!

The staff helped a LOT with sending out luggage to my next destination. They also stored our luggage before check-in and put it in our room when it was ready. It was a great help. The room was a decent size and super clean with good amenities. I noticed that the location is central.
The rooms are not soundproof. I could hear street noise, difficult to relax at times, but I requested a quieter room and that helped a bit.

The Double Room included complimentary bottled water, tea, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo, WHICH i found very useful. Slippers were provided, towels were changed daily, and the rubbish bin was emptied, but the room was cleaned every three days.

The staff were excellent and helpful with receiving and sending luggage to the next hotel location. It was nice. The staff were super responsive and helpful, and the reception team was always available.

The hotel provided luggage storage before check-in and after check-out which WAS very useful. The hotel is close to restaurants, a train station, convenience stores, and bus stops. IT'S great. Complimentary tea was available in the lobby.

The breakfast offered a selection of western options. I did not find any Japanese breakfast. I noticed the breakfast menu had about five options, it tasted good! The hotel provided a welcome drink of wine or juice.
